Meet the Doctor
Dr. Fred Jones has been a chiropractor for over 25 years graduating from New York Chiropractic College in 1984. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner and has recently earned an Advanced Certification in Whiplash Biomechanics & Injury Trauma from the Spine Institute of San Diego. He is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association, the N.Y.S. Chiropractic Association and served as Vice President of District 6 in 2004. Additionally, he is a certified BackSafe Industrial Consultant and has a Disability Impairment Rating Certification from the Parker College of Chiropractic. Dr. Jones is often asked by various attorneys to provide expert testimony for auto and personal injury cases.Dr. Jones serves as the team physician for the Long Island Rough Riders, Long Island's Professional Soccer Team, as well as for The Mineola Portuguese Soccer Club. Dr. Jones is a member of the Merrick Kiwanis Club, The Lions Club, The Merrick Chamber of Commerce and the Freeport Emergency Rescue Volunteer Fire Department. He was selected as Merrick's Man of the Year in 1998 for his many volunteer efforts within the community.
Dr. Jones is also an avid cyclist and is a former participant in the amateur Tour De France. His passion for health and wellness is truly inspiring.
