Work Hardening Program

Work hardening programs are highly structured treatment programs designed to get you back to work as quickly as possible. They take into account functional, physical, and behavioral needs of the injured patient who wants to heal and get back work. The program is a transition stage between injury and work where the patient safely learns physical limitations and behaviors in conjunction with the conditioning programs. The goal of the program is a slow progressive growth designed to return biomechanical and neuromuscular functionality to the injured worker.
